Our Journey in Space exhibition reminds us that Earth is our best spaceship – let’s take good care of it!

Space activities are necessary for protecting Earth and the life on it. The exhibition takes you to an imaginary space station of the future, where you learn about space activities by contributing to the tasks of space professionals who protect Earth and explore the universe.

Our Journey in Space is an activity-based science centre exhibition for visitors of all ages. The exhibition provides an overview of current space activities and the plans that will most likely be realised in the following three decades.

Exhibition visitors enter a future space station in Earth’s orbit, where they become space professionals through narrative missions and games. Visitors can protect our planet and explore the universe as members of six different teams of space professionals: Protectors of Earth, Research pioneers, Masters of negotiation, Wellness creators, Technologists, and Seers of the future. At the end of their visit, visitors can pose for a photograph as a space professional in the team of their choice.

The adventure doesn’t end there! You can have the best Moonwalk experience outside the Moon and feel the low gravity.  Set off on a thrilling journey to Mars, facing the challenges of interplanetary travel in a fast-paced group game.

Throughout the exhibition, you’ll take on exciting missions such as deflecting asteroids, clearing out space debris, delivering a space weather report, designing a space probe, building a space station, piloting a lunar rover, and pondering ethical questions related to space activities.
