Discover touch communication

What would it be like to move like giant in the Ice Age? How can you interpret the large animals in the exhibition to someone who cannot see? The workshop will illustrate the principles of tactile communication, and you can try them out with your partner.

The workshop will be led by tactile communication developers Riitta Lahtinen (PhD) and Russ Palmer (PhD hc).

1 p.m. at the Giants of the Ice Age exhibition.

Psst! The Giants of the Ice Age exhibition also has a descriptive interpretation available, which you can use on your own smartphone. We recommend using your own headphones. The scientific texts of the exhibition are also available in audio format.
