DNA electrophoresis
DNA electrophoresis is a laboratory program that supplements the course contents of high school students. In the program, students study an unknown DNA molecule and their task is to use electrophoresis to find out what kind of DNA molecule it is. Students e.g. pour the agarose gel needed for the electrophoresis run, pipet with automatic pipettes and examine the result of their experiment under ultraviolet radiation.
