Good to know

Payment

If the students pay for their visit themselves, you collect the money for the teacher in advance, the teacher pays for everyone's admission at once.

If students in a school group pay for tickets individually, the price of a student ticket will be charged instead of a school ticket.

Payment methods

The visit can be paid for in cash, with a bank or credit card, or with an invoice sent after the visit. The billing surcharge is 8 euros.

General information about invoicing

• Invoicing is possible for schools, companies and registered associations. We cannot invoice private individuals.

• If the class parent association does not have a business ID, it is possible to send the invoice as a paper invoice to the school's postal address. In this case, the class teacher is responsible for forwarding the invoice to the parent association and the school acts as a guarantor of payment. In the Billing information field of the booking system, enter the school name, postal address, and the teacher's and principal's names.

• If you choose Payment Commitment, where the municipality/city pays for the visit (e.g. Espoo, Helsinki), the payment commitment must be submitted in advance by email to info@heureka.fi or brought upon arrival. The cost center number is also required for invoices from the City of Vantaa. Indicate in the Billing Information field of the booking system whether you will bring the payment commitment with you or submit it in advance by email.

Billing information

If the visit is billed, please provide EXACT billing information in the space provided when making the reservation.
